A : BOXSI locker is accessible 24 hours


Q : What are the sizes of the BOXSI lockers?
A : There are 3 sizes available including S: 35x15x55 cm. M: 35x35x35 cm. L: 35x80x55 cm.


Q : Is there a way to check the locker availability before using? Or do we need to check in front of each locker only?
A : There is a light in front of each box showing availability status. But with BOXI APP, you can check the availability automatically.


Q : How do we verify our identity when opening the locker?
A : You will receive a QR code and Pin number sent via SMS from the BOXSI locker directly. For BOXSI application user, QR code and Pin will be sent the app. You can either use QR code or PIN number to open the locker.


Q : In case forgetting to take the item out after closing the locker, can we reopen it?
A : Yes ,the locker system will allow you reopen it within 5 minutes


Q : Can someone pick up my parcel from the locker for me?
A : Yes, you have to provide QR Code or Pin number to that person to open the locker.


Q : How can we track locker time usage? for
A : The BOXSI application it will provide completed time usage detail. But without the app, you can also check from the ticket received.


Q : What happens if the item stored exceeds the time limit?
A : Boxsi locker keeps your item for another 48 hours with additional overtime charge. If longer than 48 hours, please contact BOXSI administration.


Q : Is the Lazada Collect on Delivery (COD) accepted?
A : The COD option in this case is not available


Q : Can Boxsi locker be used in case of a power outage?
A : Yes, the Boxsi locker has UPS back up to continue working.
